Clubhouse Rental Reservation Process

Rental Rates

All monies for rental fees and refundable security deposit need to be submitted by U.S. Bank Check or Paypal online at least 72 hours prior to the rental. The resident completing the rental agreement must be in attendance at the event, otherwise the non-resident rental rate will be charged and deducted from the security deposit. Occupancy is 40 guests
Booking Restrictions:
No future bookings allowed if past time fees are unpaid.

Resident Rate

  • $50/hr. with a 2-hour minimum.
  • $25/hr each additional hour (max rental time of 8hrs)
  • $200 refundable security deposit

Non-Resident Rate

  • $100/hr. with a 4-hour maximum.
  • Staying past the reserved time results in a $100/hr charge
  • $500 refundable security deposit

  • Then drop off an envelope with 2 separate checks for the rental fee and security deposit at the Clubhouse dropbox.
  • The Clubhouse Manager will contact you when your reservation request has been reviewed.
  • Host your approved event.
  • The Clubhouse Manager will conduct a post-event inspection of the facility prior to shredding or depositing your security deposit check.
